Shira Zisook

As Operations Manager, Shira implements the vision of the COO and Leadership team, improves day-to-day business functions, and empowers MPC staff to do their best work by removing obstacles, implementing structure, and operationalizing culture. Previously, as General Manager of an artist management company, Shira oversaw the merger of three organizations and their operations and HR functions across four North American offices.  Earlier, she coordinated national and international tours for Grammy-winning recording artists. Her career started in marketing, sponsorship, and promotions at Clear Channel Radio Chicago and WBEZ Chicago Public Radio.  She’s thrilled to get back to working at a mission-based organization that aligns with her values. In her free time, she promotes urban agriculture through her community gardening group, dreams of returning to the soccer pitch, and spending time outdoors.
