Laura Reilly begins her role as Vice President of Philanthropy & Communications with Metropolitan Planning Council (MPC) on May 23, 2022. For more than 19 years, Laura has served in executive leadership positions for six global, national and local nonprofits where she has built and led the Development and Marketing Communications departments. Laura has dedicated her career to advancing the vision and strategic direction for mission-driven organizations. Prior to joining MPC, Laura led the Development and Marketing Communications departments at The Boulevard, Franciscan Outreach and Community Counseling Centers of Chicago (C4). Laura also served in leadership roles in Marketing Communications with Bethesda Lutheran Communities, Children’s Home & Aid and Opportunity International. Laura holds a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Columbia College in Chicago.
