Kimberly Johnson
Kimberly joined Metropolitan Planning Council in 2022, with more than 20 years of experience in Administrative and Program Management. Before joining MPC, she was Administrative Manager at Rush University Medical Center with the Office of Community Health Equity and Engagement.
In that capacity, Kimberly provided program management support and oversight for programmatic areas ensuring seamless program delivery, quality control and evaluation. Kimberly co-led and successfully developed/implemented new administrative systems and measures to enhance and optimize performance, and looks forward to doing so at MPC.
Kimberly is a native Chicagoan. She is an advocate of Mental Health wellbeing. As a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, on weekends Kimberly teaches members of the public how to help a person who may be developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem, or are in a mental health crisis.
