Jessica Andujar-Redman

Jessica Andujar-Redman serves as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at Fifth Third Bank in Chicago. A builder of ecosystems, Jessica connects business leaders and public institutions to financial strategies that align profit with purpose. Her career spans roles in Credit Management, Relationship Management, People Leadership, and, most recently, as Market Executive, where she led three specialized teams serving middle market businesses, government entities, and nonprofit organizations.

Jessica earned an MBA in Management from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Loyola University Chicago, and an Associate Degree from College of DuPage.

A Leadership Greater Chicago Fellow, Jessica currently serves on the board of Casa Central. Among other contributions, her civic work has included coaching scholars through One Million Degrees and collaborating with entrepreneurial nonprofits via Social Venture Partners Chicago.

Raised in the Chicagoland area, Jessica has called Chicago home for nearly two decades, sharing a deep commitment to the city with her husband, Rey, a Dominican national engaged in cultural diplomacy, and their three children. Their family embodies the belief that Chicago’s strength lies in its collaborative spirit, blending business and civic leadership with cultural diversity and the arts.
