As Senior Manager, Chloe’s goal is to demonstrate how every-day planning decisions ultimately affect community health, wellbeing, and resilience. She brings her expertise in public health research and policy to the organization, and works to integrate health equity into our programs. Chloe also draws from her previous professional roles in mixed-methods research, community engagement, and intergroup dialogue facilitation to create collaborative spaces and provide technical assistance to partners.

Chloe’s current projects at MPC include:

  • Integration of health and racial impact assessment into policy development processes for We Will Chicago, Chicago’s first citywide plan in over 50 years
  • Advocacy and research support on land use policies and practices that center human health, environmental justice, and community leadership
  • Technical support to place-based Great Rivers Chicago projects focused on improving environmental and health outcomes in riverfront communities

Chloe joined MPC in 2016. She holds a master’s degree in public health from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), and serves on the boards of the Calumet Collaborative and Health & Medicine Policy Research Group
