Alana Ward Robinson

Alana Ward Robinson founded Robinson Group Consulting (RGC), a strategic management consulting firm, in 2004. The firm specializes in Interim CIO leadership, enterprise-level IT assessment and strategy, risk management and implementation of business process improvement solutions that leverage technology as a tool for digital innovation, strategic decision-making and achieving streamlined operational efficiencies. Alana is a seasoned, senior executive with leadership experience in a major Fortune 500, publicly-traded corporations including, IBM Corporation, KMART, Coors Brewery, Sara Lee Corporation and R. R. Donnelley. Alana is focused on applying her leadership, business and technology experience in a board-service capacity to add value, particularly in the area of risk management and strategic transformation initiatives where her understanding of the corporate environment and depth of technology expertise at both the strategic and operational levels can aid organizations in mitigating technology investment and compliance risks. Alana currently supports the Fry Foundation.
