Zoning & Land Use Assessment Research Findings: Groceries and Healthcare

Groceries and healthcare is one of seven outcomes prioritized for Metropolitan Planning Council (MPC’s) Zoning and Land Use Assessment initiative, a collaborative project with Urban Institute and other stakeholders.

Key preliminary findings on the relationship between affordable grocery options and accessible healthcare and zoning are presented below:
