Open Space Impact Fee (OSIF) amendment

MPC Vice President Kendra J. Freeman wrote a letter to the Chicago City Council in support of the amendment of Municipal Code Chapter 16-18 to adjust OSIF costs and schedules, saying in part, “We believe this amendment will strengthen and preserve park funding resources and help Chicago accommodate growth.”
