Making maintenance fun again (pothole ribbon cutting)—Accelerate Illinois

We love to celebrate the construction of new roads, bridges and rails, but how can we remind ourselves of the everyday importance of maintaining what we already have? We added some cake and ribbons to the task of filling potholes to find out.
