Rogers Park Corridor Development Initiative: Design Charrette
You’re invited to explore economic and design options for the site at Howard and Ashland through an interactive modeling exercise! Participants will create hypothetical development options that can represent a mix of retail or commercial spaces, housing units, and green space. As community members build their proposals, they will be sketched by design advisors, while a real estate advisor calculates development costs and revenues.

Join the 49th ward alderwoman, fellow community members, and a team of development professionals to create specific, realistic, community-based plans for the site near the Howard CTA Station.
