Join MPC at the Chicago Metropolitan Fair Housing Convening: Advancing Regional Prosperity

MPC is pleased to partner with the Chicago Area Fair Housing Alliance and Enterprise Community Partners to host a comprehensive fair housing training with leaders in the field of fair housing and community development.

There is no charge to attend, but advance registration is required. Walk-ins will not be accepted. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Please RSVP by close of business on May 5th, as seating is limited.

A valid state-issued photo ID is required to gain entry into the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago (230 S. LaSalle Street, Chicago IL 60604 – Corner of Jackson and LaSalle).

About the event:

The convening will feature local and national legal, policy, and planning experts and will provide information on the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s 2015 rule on Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing, the new Assessment of Fair Housing requirements, and tools to enhance place-based equity. Training attendees will gain an understanding of emerging fair housing trends, best practices in community planning and development, and will take part in shaping a unified vision for advancing regional prosperity.
