A Vision for Water: Expanding the Water Workforce

As part of our commitment to building a stronger, more inclusive regional economy, MPC is bringing together water leaders from labor, industry, government and more to explore the evolving water workforce. Through panel discussions and open dialogue, we’ll examine current and future workforce gaps, elevate strategies for building inclusive career pathways, and highlight how procurement can drive equitable economic opportunity. 

This event is the second in a four-part Vision for Water series designed to advance regional water sector cooperation in response to local and federal challenges. Together, we’ll surface actionable solutions, foster new partnerships, and expand who’s at the table shaping the future of our regional workforce.
