Aaron Brown

Aaron Brown is a Managing Director and Partner in BCG’s Chicago office. There, Aaron is a leader in BCG’s Healthcare practice, with a focus on payers and providers. His work focuses on strategy and transformation, with particular expertise in government-backed health care programs and value-based care, in line with his with his passion for improving access and affordability in the U.S. health care system.

He also sits on the board of BCG’s Center for Illinois’s Future, which drives the Chicago office’s social impact work in partnership with local social sector organizations, and is a Leadership Greater Chicago Fellow since 2026.

Outside of work, Aaron is a lifelong Chicagoan, residing in Wicker Park with his wife and two young children. In his free time, he is an avid runner (6x Chicago marathon finisher), Bulls fanatic, and connoisseur of the classic Chicago corner tavern. He holds a BA from the University of Chicago and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
