Moe Rusly

Moe (he/they) is a rising junior at Williams College studying Environmental Studies and Mathematics. Moe is passionate about leveraging public transit and regional connectivity to build healthier, climate-resilient communities. This summer, he is excited to support the Metropolitan Planning Council’s research initiatives to advance impactful, community-focused planning in Chicago.
