Jeremy Glover

Jeremy joined MPC in August 2017 as a Transportation Associate, where he performs research and analysis to advance a safer, sustainable, and more equitable multimodal transportation system. He also assists other program areas with his GIS expertise. At MPC, Jeremy has contributed to or co-authored a number of major reports, including Our Equitable Future, Transit Means Business, Toward Universal Mobility, and Where the Sidewalk Ends.

Jeremy received a master’s degree in city and regional planning from the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University, where he concentrated in transportation and land use. During graduate school, he worked on Complete Streets research and bike/ped advocacy efforts. He also researched policy strategies on hazard mitigation to help local governments improve their climate change resilience.

Before graduate school, Jeremy worked at the Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund, a nonprofit that partners with cities around the country to pilot, replicate, and sustain innovative programs that promote financial literacy and stability. He helped CFE Fund’s partners use their data to weave compelling narratives and show program impact.

Originally from the St. Louis area, Jeremy received a B.A. in economics from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN. After college, he developed a passion for transit, walking, and cycling in New York City. He currently resides in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood with his wife and daughter, where he enjoys biking the historic boulevards and snapping pictures of old buildings.
