Hui Feng

Hui joined MPC as a project manager in 2014. Her work focuses on the development and implementation of innovative financing strategies in the Chicago region. In addition, Hui has an interest in data and technology and is actively exploring opportunities to better facilitate the intersection of urbanism and technology.

Hui comes to MPC with a background in public finance and consulting. Hui began her career at Public Financial Management where she worked with public sector and nonprofit clients to identify financing strategies for infrastructure projects. She specialized in public private partnerships and has supported innovative financing transactions across the country. More recently, Hui spent time as a freelancing consultant working in litigation and business strategy.

Hui graduated with a degree in Urban Studies from Harvard College and has studied urban development in Singapore, Germany, and Spain.

Hui currently resides in the Ukrainian Village where she gardens and frequents Polish delis.
