Village Park Apartments, Waukegan

Village Park Apartments is located in Waukegan, Lake County. The 126-unit new development has one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments as well as a community room, entertainment center, computer lab, fitness center, and offices. Village Park is surrounded on three sides by forest preserves and park space. The development is located within two to three miles of downtown Waukegan and major employers, such as Gurnee Mills, Primo Outlet Mall, Target, and Walmart. Households will have access to Pace buses and the Waukegan Metra Station. A shopping district that includes restaurants, grocers, banks, and other amenities is nearby.

Colonial Park, Park City

Colonial Park Apartments, located in Park City, is a 320-unit development consisting of studios and  one-bedroom apartments. The development contains a swimming pool, on-site laundry, and parking spots, making it an attractive choice to households. Colonial Park is located withintwo to three miles of a Metra Stations that is accessible via a nearby Pace Bus. All residents in Colonial Park must earn less than 60 percent Area Median Income.

A Safe Place, Zion

A Safe Place is a 20-unit supportive housing facility for women and/or children experiencing domestic violence. The development contains one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, and families can stay and receive support indefinitely if they meet the income qualifications. The development expands on One Safe Place's emergency shelter to provide longer-term housing and support for women and children in need.
